Of course, you can contact the technicians of IQ Body GmbH, who are happy to check third-party devices as well as our own products for you. If you work close to our company location, you are welcome to bring the device by appointment. Otherwise, simply schedule an appointment where one of our technicians will drive to you and maintain your device on-site. During our thorough maintenance of the device, the entire interior of the device is checked and cleaned, the electrical values are checked and finally a test seal for 12 months is affixed, which guarantees the perfect functional condition of the machine.
Nothing is more annoying than having to cancel or postpone customer appointments just because the device is broken. In such a case, faster, more competent and reliable service is needed to correct the error promptly and to make the device ready for use again.
